Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
• Coordinate with IT support and other departments to elevate complex problems and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and incidents for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while handling and operating equipment.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new peripheral devices as required.
