NSC Global is seeking IT End User Support Technicians to join onsite support teams. You will be the first point of contact for end-user technical issues at customer locations, addressing hardware and software problems and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Windows devices, Office applications, networking basics, and ticketing in ServiceNow, with opportunities for training and certification in a global team environment.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• A+ Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with Windows and printer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for end user devices and resolve hardware/software issues at the customer site.
• Assist with iPhone configuration and Microsoft 365 apps setup.
• Support Intune, TeamViewer, and printer configurations; ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain IT assets and assist with ticketing and documentation in ServiceNow.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to users and stakeholders.
