Responsibilities

• Properly updating all assigned tickets accurately and in a timely manner to meet contract requirements.
• Install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Provide technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers by telephone or on-site.
• Troubleshoot computer problems, perform hardware and software diagnostics, coordinate repairs.
• Resolves computer system problems including coordination between users and LAN components.
• Configure operating systems and install software.
• Imaging and deployment of new hardware as needed.
• Ensure all Service Delivery SLAs are met per program requirements.
• Adhere to NEST policies and procedures.
