Arrow's Edge is seeking a Personal Computer Support Technician to provide IT services at a NASA center in Houston. You will support end users, install and image computers, printers, and peripherals, and manage tickets to meet contract requirements.

The role requires hardware/software troubleshooting, OS configuration, and coordination with network components. Attention to detail and prior IT support in a large organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience providing IT support in a large organization.
• ServiceNow and Costpoint experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities

• Update tickets accurately and promptly to meet contract requirements.
• Install and test PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide technical, operational, and training support to end users by phone or on-site.
• Troubleshoot computer problems and coordinate repairs.
• Coordinate between users and LAN components to resolve issues.
• Configure operating systems and perform software installation.
• Assist in evaluating system configurations and software.
• Unpack new equipment and prepare imaging of hardware as needed.
• Ensure Service Delivery SLAs are met for the program.
• Adhere to NEST policies and procedures.
