Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver education programs to increase end-user competence and productivity.
• Create and maintain training curriculum including course descriptions, outlines, and practice exercises.
• Conduct instructor-led training in-person and virtually; support onboarding with training registration and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Visual Learning Developers to create eLearning modules.
• Identify performance gaps by gathering data and implementing improvement strategies.
• Serve as liaison between Information Services and clinical end-user community to support adoption and workflow improvements.
