Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field and relevant experience in training/learning and development.
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding, competency, and leadership programs.
• Familiarity with LMS and learning technologies is preferred.

• Develops, implements, and evaluates onboarding, competency, leadership, and workforce readiness programs.
• Creates curricula, learning pathways, facilitator guides, and performance support resources.
