Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, training, or related leadership roles; Epic or comparable EHR experience.
• Nursing Informatics certification preferred; Master’s degree preferred (MSN, MBA, MHA, or related).
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows; usability and workflow optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership, mentoring, and relationship-building.
• Experience in project management, adult education, and curriculum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes a system-wide strategy for IT training and usability aligned with organizational goals.
• Designs and implements a modern blended learning ecosystem (virtual, on-demand, AI-enabled).
• Partners with users to optimize workflows and enhance usability of clinical systems; focus on nursing practice.
• Establishes measurable adoption, efficiency gains, and satisfaction; demonstrates ROI via analytics.
• Builds strong frontline engagement; leads change through transparency and continuous improvement.
