Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, or end-user support.
• Workday training and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce learning solutions: eLearning modules, videos, VILT, slide decks.
• Customize department-specific training to workflows and roles.
• Coordinate content creation with SMEs and turn it into engaging materials.
• Maintain and organize learning libraries and LMS accessibility.
• Align learning with system changes and IT/ERP updates.
• Collaborate with IT/system admin teams on training resources.
• Facilitate or coordinate training sessions and onboarding workshops.
• Develop quick guides, tip sheets, and scenario-based assets.
