Qualifications

• Must have a technical background with practical desktop support experience.
• Able to troubleshoot across desktop hardware, software and user accounts.
• Familiarity with account management, access provisioning, and internal service support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with software and hardware lifecycle management, including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation.
• Set up new users, including desktop configurations, email accounts, LDAP accounts, and VPN access.
• Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, account, and internal service access issues.
• Troubleshoot software issues on employee desktops and laptops.
• Install and configure desktop systems and related devices.
