Job summary

GNC Holdings, LLC is seeking a Client Technologies Technician to ensure seamless operation of end-user hardware and software in the distribution center. You will troubleshoot, support help desk requests, manage asset inventories, and assist with new system installations and special projects.

You will also lead technicians, set up equipment, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining backups and software licensing compliance.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience to perform key responsibilities.
Experience with end-user support, help desk, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and internet applications.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and responsive support for system-related requests from internal users via the help desk.
Lead and train Technicians to ensure effective team performance.
Set up and install equipment for employee use, including cables and software.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and support of end-user applications and IT hardware.
Monitor and manage backups for file servers and workstations; track issues with help desk software.
