Qualifications

• Associate degree or better in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• CompTIA A+ certification required or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MTA) and MOS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Install and configure desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist users with problems via phone, chat, or in person.
• Maintain operating systems and perform backups to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with vendors and other teams to resolve issues.
