The Exchange is seeking a first-level IT support specialist in the United States to monitor computing systems, troubleshoot incidents, and assist HQ Exchange data center operations. The role requires strong technical support experience and the ability to handle after-hours work and shifts as part of a 24x7 environment.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration and Cisco networking certification. PCS/LSP authorization restrictions apply to this position.

Qualificações

• Three years computer technical support.
• Or
• Bachelor's degree and one year experience in computer technical support.
• Degree (one Of): BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred
• Major/Minor (one Of): BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred; INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - Preferred
• Certificate/License (one Of): CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORKING TECH - Preferred
• PCS not authorized/LSP not authorized.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors computing systems for performance; identifies, documents and troubleshoots routine and non-routine performance events.
• Repairs and upgrades IT operating equipment and software as directed; updates SOPs and documentation.
• Responds to telephone and email requests for IT assistance; may provide after hours support.
• Uses IT problem management database to research known problems; maintains IT equipment within lifecycle plans.
• May provide training to end-users in new IT features and solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
