The Exchange is seeking an IT support professional to serve as the first level for non-routine events and incidents at the Fort Sam Houston Exchange data center and local store operations. The role safeguards access to restricted data and supports IT services.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, performing repairs and upgrades, and responding to calls and emails for assistance, with potential after-hours work in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Three years computer technical support.
• Or Bachelor's degree and one year experience in computer technical support.
• Degree (one Of): BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitors computing systems for performance and troubleshoots routine and non-routine events.
• Repairs and upgrades IT operating equipment and software; updates documentation.
• Responds to calls and emails for IT assistance, including after-hours support.
