• Experience with device enrollment and compliance using Microsoft Intune.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and VLANs.
• Knowledge of PowerShell for task automation.

Responsabilités

• Deploy, configure, and support Windows endpoint devices.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications.
• Assist with endpoint security alerts.

Connaissances

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals

Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Functional knowledge of PowerShell

Strong customer service orientation

Effective verbal and written communication

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

3+ years of experience in IT Help Desk and PC Support
