CoreCivic, headquartered in Brentwood, TN, seeks a Senior Systems Specialist—Desktop and Workplace—to provide high-touch end-user support and manage endpoint lifecycle across Windows and macOS devices.

You will support executive leadership and remote workers, administer MS 365 apps, Azure AD, Intune/CM, and maintain Knowledge Base articles while ensuring SLA adherence and secure access to resources.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science required.
• 3+ years of hands-on desktop support, desk-side engineering, or hardware diagnostics in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Deep technical expertise in Windows 10/11 and macOS, including OS troubleshooting and registry/terminal configurations.
• Experience with Microsoft/Azure AD, ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and Microsoft Configuration Manager and/or Intune preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides high-touch, desk-side technical support for FSC employees, remote workers visiting the building, and executive leadership.
• Owns end-to-end endpoint lifecycle operations including imaging, provisioning, deploying, and retiring Windows and macOS hardware via MDM solutions.
• Triages, diagnoses, and resolves complex hardware, peripheral, docking, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy for laptops, monitors, and accessories; coordinates warranties, repairs and disposals.
• Develops and maintains documentation and Knowledge Base articles; sets up security credentials and access controls.
• Resolves incidents using remote control; supports Microsoft server file and print issues; escalates when needed.
