Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an IT End User Services Professional to support staff with hardware, software and IT services. You will diagnose and resolve issues, install and configure equipment, train users and manage support tickets to ensure high end-user productivity.

You will handle desktop hardware support, troubleshoot devices and software, and collaborate on projects while providing courteous, professional service across our healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the service industry.
• Associates or technical institute degree, certification of educational course completion preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop hardware and software support to staff.
• Diagnose and resolve moderate to high complexity hardware/software issues.
• Install/configure equipment and manage support tickets.
• Provide user training and contribute to the knowledge management system.
