Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and customer-focused support across enterprise systems in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows desktop/server environments, manage networking, and support Active Directory, Outlook, and Office apps. The role requires collaboration with executive leadership and flexibility for occasional 24x7 shifts to support critical events.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking and domain infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Basic conceptual knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem ownership and resolution.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Exceptional soft skills for engaging with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft Windows platforms across desktop and server environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and corporate enterprise domain systems.
• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Outlook/Messaging, and Office applications.
• Assist with Zoom conferencing and collaboration tools.
• Perform troubleshooting for mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
• Support virtualization technologies with basic knowledge of Citrix, VMware, VDI, and related platforms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring ownership and accountability throughout the resolution process.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibly accommodate occasional 24x7 shifts to support Business Continuity Planning or other critical business-impacting events.
