Job summary

GTN Solutions is seeking an IT Support technician in West Hollywood, CA. The role involves managing installation and maintenance of hardware and software across workstations, printers, mobile devices, and infrastructure equipment.

You will test and plan OS deployments, patches, and software releases, and perform troubleshooting, upgrades, and basic repairs on assets. Responsibilities include imaging desktops and laptops, handling shipping/receiving and device dispatch, tracking hardware

Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware and software for desktops, printers, mobiles, and infrastructure devices.
• Experience planning and deploying OS releases, patches, and software.
• Strong troubleshooing, upgrades, and basic repairs on assets.
• Imaging desktops and laptops as needed.
• Handling IT shipping/receiving and device dispatch.
• Tracking hardware inventory and resolving user issues.
• Handling tickets in ServiceNow promptly.
• Assisting in technical escalations during service delivery.
• Able to adapt and be a self-starter.
• Work well with different management styles.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation and maintenance of hardware and software across end-user devices and infrastructure.
• Test, plan, and supervise OS and software deployments and patches.
• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, and basic deployments and repairs.
• Image devices including desktops and laptops.
• Handle shipping/receiving and device dispatch.
• Track inventory and resolve issues for users.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist with technical escalations during service delivery.
