Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or related field; related experience may substitute for education.
• Physical Exam Required
• Valid Driver's License
• Criminal background checks and drug screening may be conducted.
• No Class B Misdemeanor convictions within last 10 years; no Class A Misdemeanor or Felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize user requests for service and support; schedules work.
• Installs and tests computers and equipment, peripherals and software; configures printers.
• Installs, repairs, and troubleshoots PCs and printers and related peripherals.
• Resolves help desk issues for users.
• Evaluates new hardware and software for functionality and compatibility.
