Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in Utah is seeking a Technical Support Associate to assist end users with desktop infrastructure, software, hardware, and peripherals. You will resolve incidents and service requests via ITSM, ensure timely responses, and help maintain a smooth IT environment.

You’ll work with Active Directory, imaging desktops, and VDI components, unlocking accounts, and supporting mobile devices. A High School Diploma is required; previous IT support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience providing technical support to end users on devices, operating systems and peripherals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming IT service requests via ITSM and prioritize by severity.
• Maintain user accounts in Active Directory and unlock accounts as needed.
• Prepare desktops and laptops, image devices, and configure hardware/software for new team members.
• Respond to technical issues including hardware, peripherals, OS, and installed software; support mobile devices.
• Update asset management systems and assist in procurement.
