Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools.
• Ability to diagnose desktop and software issues and provide remote support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for desktop support issues.
• Resolve hardware and software problems and document resolutions.
• Provide remote and on-site support for end users.
• Track requests in the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
• Assist with equipment imaging and hardware distribution for new hires.
