Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking a Systems Support Technician to provide Tier 2 on-site and remote support for end-user computing throughout the health system. You will diagnose, resolve, and document issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with IT teams to maintain standards and SLAs.

You will also assist with inventory, OS image testing, and ongoing knowledgebase updates while supporting tablets and mobile devices per policy and lifecycle management processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science/Business is preferred.
• Two years of technical experience in the field is required.

Responsibilities

• Tier 2 on-site and remote end-user support within defined SLAs.
• Document investigations and resolutions in the service desk system.
• Participate in on-call rotation for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Assist with project tasks, inventory and testing of OS images and applications.
