Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead day-to-day end-user technology support across multiple locations. You will coach technicians, coordinate workloads, and drive service quality while partnering with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and business leaders.

The role emphasizes reliable execution, user experience, and continuous improvement, with occasional after-hours support and travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in desktop/endpoint support or related client services.
2+ years leading or coordinating technical staff.
Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, devices, printers, AV tech.
Experience with endpoint management and software deployment.
Experience with IT service management practices.

Aufgaben

Lead, coach, and develop Client Technicians and Senior Client Technicians.
Coordinate daily workloads, site coverage, and escalation paths.
Oversee incident and service request delivery for end-user devices and peripherals.
Serve as escalation point for high-impact issues and drive resolution.
Promote consistent, customer-focused support through clear standards and docs.
Monitor queues, SLAs, and team capacity; adjust as needed.
