Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking an experienced Senior Field IT Support professional to lead a team, resolve complex user issues, and oversee IT infrastructure stability. You will mentor junior staff, manage devices, and ensure adherence to IT policies while delivering reliable end-user support across our facilities.

The role requires strong communication, deep knowledge of Windows workstations, AD, Office 365, VoIP, and networking basics.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+ highly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Certification and other IT certifications preferred.
• Deep understanding of operating systems, networks and IT infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Provides subject matter expertise and guides the Field IT Service Team.
• Resolves a wide variety of complex technical issues affecting core functions.
• Leads training and supervises junior staff on projects.
• Ensures systems are configured per policies; performs routine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provides end-user support for devices including setup, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and upgrades.
• Supports Windows workstations, Office 365, Active Directory, VoIP, and basic network connectivity.
• Maintains inventory of IT devices and distributes equipment.
• Maintains documentation on processes, procedures, and infrastructure.
• Processes and prioritizes work requests and escalations in a timely manner.
