Responsibilities

• Leads evaluation and optimization of business processes and technologies to achieve revenue and gross profit objectives.
• Partners with Director to research and develop opportunities through gap analysis and performance metrics.
• Serves as SME for Sales & Service systems, providing end-user support and training.
• Monitors performance and availability of systems to mitigate disruption.
• Communicates with Systems Providers to share feedback, organize requirements, and define SLAs.
• Directs and motivates a dedicated systems and process team to deliver results and develop teammates.
• Other duties as assigned
