Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a supervisor to lead desktop services planning, design, development and support for end‑user devices. You will oversee desktop technicians and coordinate cross‑area initiatives to align with healthcare solutions.

This role requires a college degree in computer science or a related field and at least 3 years of IT experience, with responsibility for stability, reliability and performance of the desktop environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
• 3 years' experience in IT Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IT people, processes, and tools for desktops and end user devices.
• Plan, design, develop, and support desktop services for OSUWMC.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the desktop services area.
• Coordinate initiatives across IT areas to align desktop support with healthcare solutions.
