Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience supporting desktop computers in a network environment.
• Experience with audio/visual equipment used in teaching, meetings, and events.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and setup of new and updated workstations and peripherals.
• Deployment of classroom maintenance plans and on-site repairs.
• Provide training on proper use of instructional and computing equipment.
• Install new technology in classrooms and perform upgrades as needed.
• Communicate and document outages and report findings.
