Job summary

Presidio is seeking an Engineer, Managed Plus to join our client-focused IT operations team in Massachusetts. You will handle end-user support calls for MAC and Windows devices, perform imaging, onboarding/offboarding, and manage tickets through to closure, including printers and AV gear.
