Job summary

Presidio, a leader in digital solutions, is seeking an Engineer, Managed Plus in Andover, MA to handle end‑user support for MAC and Windows devices, perform imaging, onboarding/offboarding, and ticket lifecycle management.

You will provide hardware and software break/fix, support printers and AV gear (Zoom, Teams, Slack), and collaborate with IT teams to deploy Intune, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager workflows.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in end-user support.
• 5-7 years' experience with Incident management and/or ticketing systems.
• Experience with Apple/Mac hardware and software.
• Experience using SMS (or equivalent) to manage systems and applications.
• Experience with MS AD, Intune, JAMF MD and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with O365, AWS Azure, Okta or similar administration.
• Experience with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-user support calls via phone, email, and walk-up for MAC and Windows devices.
• Provide software break/fix support for devices and applications.
• On-board and off-board users, including imaging and re-imaging current devices.
• Install, moves, adds and changes of existing devices and manage tickets through closure.
• Support printers and AV equipment including Zoom, Teams and Slack.
• Manage tickets and document activities, ensuring timely resolution.

The Role

As an Engineer, Managed Plus at Presidio, you will be required to take end user support calls via phone, email, and walk‑up support for both MAC and Windows devices. Provide software break/fix support for all devices and applications. Perform on‑boarding and off‑boarding of users thorough completion including new image builds and re‑imaging current devices. Install, moves, adds and changes of existing devices as well as managing tickets through closure. Support printers, AV equipment including Zoom, Teams and Slack. Familiarity with Wallboards, Intune deployments, JAMF MDM and Apple business manager.

Travel Requirements

This role will be situated in the Andover, MA upon starting and eventually reside in the Somerville, MA region within the next 6‑8 months of joining.

Shift associated with this role will be – Wednesday – Saturday 6 am‑4 pm ET (this will include a holiday if the shift falls on the workday).

Required Skills

• 5-7 years' experience in end‑user support
• 5-7 years' experience with Incident Management and/or ticketing systems
• Experience using SMS (or equivalent) to manage systems and applications
• Experience with MS AD, Intune, JAMF MD and Apple Business Manager
• Experience with O365, AWS Azure, Okta or similar, above basic administration
• Experience with PowerShell
