WhiteWater Midstream, LLC. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to own end-user computing from day one. You will manage desktops, laptops, printers, meeting room AV, Wi‑Fi and Microsoft 365 licensing, acting as the first contact for IT issues and onboarding new hires.

You will also support the office LAN, VPN connectivity, patching, asset management and vendor coordination. A strong background in Windows, MS 365 and IT security basics is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a desktop, service desk or IT support role in an office environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11 and desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience deploying and managing devices with an endpoint management tool.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN and Wi-Fi.
• Experience supporting printers, meeting room AV.
• Experience running a patching process and tracking compliance.
• Familiarity with a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) or MS-900 / MS-102.
• ITIL Foundation exposure.

• Deskside and remote end-user support for Windows desktops and laptops.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and license management.
• Maintain office LAN, Wi-Fi, printers and meeting room AV.
• Patch endpoints and track compliance; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Onboarding and offboarding of users, provisioning accounts and licenses.
• Procure hardware within budget and maintain asset records.
