Water Works Engineers is seeking an IT Technician to maintain and support our IT infrastructure across multiple office locations. You will handle end-user support, onboarding and offboarding, and help secure the environment while collaborating with the IT team.

The role emphasizes hardware/software troubleshooting, account management, and project assistance in a fast-paced engineering setting. Join a team focused on reliability and innovation across water infrastructure projects.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or related field.

Mansioni

• Maintain and support IT systems across multiple office locations.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning.
• Manage user accounts and access controls per policies.
• Contribute to cybersecurity efforts and security best practices.
• Assist software installations, configurations, and upgrades for business apps.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation for training.
• Support IT project work including migrations and upgrades.
