Job summary

Industrial Inspection & Analysis is seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide frontline IT support across the organization, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient use of technology. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, endpoint deployment, networking basics, and user-focused service, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or with a team to keep IT operations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 stack and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, cabling).
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely IT support to employees, minimizing downtime and boosting productivity.
• Log, track, and monitor support requests; escalate when needed.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps and ask effective questions to identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for systems, procedures, and support activities.
