Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated End User Device Technician to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on installing and troubleshooting VOIP phones, teleconferencing equipment, AV/room systems, printers, desktops, and related cabling.

Minimum qualifications include 1+ years in IT hardware support and an active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance, with a DoD 8570.01-M IAT level II certification. Travel up to 25% to support other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots VOIP phones, teleconferencing equipment, AV/room systems, printers, desktops, and other hardware.
• Performs associated cabling work and assists with equipment surveys, inventories, and database updates.
• Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and Service Task Order activities.
• Travels to support other locations within the area up to 25% travel.
