MANTECH seeks a motivated Dedicated IT Support Technician in Virginia to join a team delivering deskside support, incident response, and project coordination. You will manage incidents and service requests through their lifecycle to ensure IT infrastructure and mission applications operate seamlessly.

The role requires handling hardware inventory, register laptops in USG1, and collaborating with network, software engineering, and application teams to restore services.

Qualifications

• KB: Windows Active Directory and enterprise troubleshooting.
• Ability to resolve technical problems via phone, in-person, or ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting Windows and business applications in an enterprise environment.

Responsabilités

• Apply ITIL-based processes to manage incidents, requests, and demands.
• Register laptops in USG1 environment; perform hardware inventory.
• Troubleshoot and implement fixes without escalating to Tier 3 support.
