Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of end user support, desktop support, or IT helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote support for end users across NABRICO locations.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and imaging.
• Develop and maintain IT service standards and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and support ERP-related applications and tools.
