Job summary

NABRICO Marine Products is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Lead to build and secure our IT environment across multiple sites in the United States. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership to implement scalable infrastructure, robust security controls, and governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will guide ERP integrations, manage vendors, and drive security maturity while partnering with Finance and Legal on risk and data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7-10+ years in IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity roles.
• Experience building or transforming IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of networks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), endpoint management, and cybersecurity tools.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Hands-on, standalone leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core IT infrastructure across networks, servers, cloud environments, and endpoints.
• Lead cybersecurity program development including policies, standards, and controls.
• Establish IT governance and SOX-related controls as applicable.
• Support ERP and enterprise system implementations; ensure security and integration readiness.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and promote security culture.
