Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an End User Computing Administrator. You will help manage and support the software and systems powering our operations across North America.

The role focuses on hands-on desktop support, patch management, and implementing technology improvements to drive reliable computing experiences for colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end‑user computing environments.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.
