Job summary

CNA Corporation is hiring a User Computing Administrator I to perform routine user support and manage end-user computing environments. You will assist with deployment and maintenance of user equipment, participate in projects, and work with supervision and guidance as needed.

The role emphasizes security, imaging, and desktop administration across classified and unclassified environments, with opportunities for career development and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 6 months.
• 3 years of user support or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, documentation and training abilities; excellent customer service.
• Proficiency with standard desktop OS (Windows/Mac) and common apps; basic AD knowledge.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• User Support: resolve end-user requests and document resolutions in ticketing system.
• User Equipment Management: deploy and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
• Computer Security: apply patches, malware protection, and security best practices.
• Projects: collaborate on project tasks and follow plan/schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
