Job summary

Uline seeks an End User Computing Administrator to support and improve the softwares and systems powering our North American operations. This on-site role at Uline Drive in Pleasant Prairie involves hands-on management, troubleshooting and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology for daily business.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and has 3+ years of desktop support or end-user computing experience, with strong Windows and macOS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on desktop support or end-user computing experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.
