Job summary

NABRICO Marine Products is seeking an End User Computing Specialist to support the build-out and ongoing day-to-day operation of our IT environment. This hands-on role will deploy, support, and maintain end-user technology to ensure employees have reliable, secure, and efficient tools.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in end user support/desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware imaging, deployment and troubleshooting; Windows OS; Microsoft 365 (Office, Outlook, Teams).
• Solid understanding of basic networking and peripheral device concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, printers).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently; strong communication with users at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote technical support for end users across all NABRICO locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC hardware, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
• Resolve the majority of issues independently, escalating when appropriate.
