Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage shipments end to end, coordinating with carriers across a multi-site network. You will track ETAs in our TMS, chase missed SLAs, and own carrier relationships while ensuring data remains accurate at high volume.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with a transportation management system, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Booked and managed shipments end to end across multiple sites.
• Mastered tracking of ETAs and proactive issue notification.
• Owned carrier relationships and problem solving without escalation.
• Chased missed SLAs to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Fluent with transportation management systems and reporting.
• Maintained clean, accurate shipment data at high volume.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule shipments across the network with carriers and sites.
• Track shipments in the TMS and compare ETAs to commitments.
• Address missed SLAs with root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Manage rates, capacity, service issues, and escalations with a carrier.
• Keep shipment and carrier performance data current for reporting.
