Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for a logistics role in New York to manage shipments end-to-end across a growing multi-site network. You will book with carriers, track ETAs, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining strong carrier relationships.

The role emphasizes fast problem resolution and accurate, real-time data in the TMS. The position offers a competitive total compensation package with equity options, plus health/dental/vision insurance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• You have booked and managed shipments end to end across multiple sites or destinations.
• You track ETAs and flag delays before they occur.
• You know carrier relationships and can resolve issues without escalation.
• You are fluent with a transportation management system (booking, tracking, reporting).
• You keep shipment data accurate and current under high volume.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule shipments across the network with carriers and sites.
• Track shipments in transit and compare ETAs against windows.
• Identify root causes for missed SLAs and drive resolution with carriers.
• Maintain day-to-day carrier relationship: rates, capacity, service issues.
• Keep performance data in the TMS and provide a live SLA view.
