Job summary

Fluidstack is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments across a growing multi-site network. You will book pickups, schedule deliveries, and ensure on-time performance.

You will track every shipment in the TMS, monitor ETAs, chase missed SLAs to root causes, and maintain strong carrier relationships in a fast-paced environment. Autonomy and urgency are valued at Fluidstack.

Qualifications

• You have booked and managed shipments end to end across multiple sites.
• You obsessively track shipments and anticipate delays.
• You own a carrier relationship and resolve issues without escalation.
• You chase missed SLAs to root causes and describe changes.
• You are fluent in a transportation management system and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule shipments across the network, coordinating pickup and delivery windows directly with the carrier and receiving sites.
• Track every shipment in transit through the TMS, check ETAs against windows and flag at-risk deliveries.
• Chase missed SLAs to root cause with the carrier and drive resolution.
• Own the day-to-day relationship with our dedicated carrier: rates, capacity, service issues, escalations.
• Keep shipment data current in the TMS and provide a running view of SLA performance.
