Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain professional to own live order tracking, expedite critical shipments, and coordinate across multiple global sites. You will drive weekly reporting, lead recovery plans, and ensure procurement stays on schedule while engaging with vendors and project teams.

Role requires strong communication, ability to read drawings, and experience with ERP and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Expedited orders in capital equipment or industrial settings with schedule impact.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and purchase order docs to spot scope discrepancies.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites to align procurement and vendor capacity.
• Ability to deliver a concise root-cause analysis and recovery plan to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the live order tracker for open POs across global suppliers and sites.
• Expedite critical orders and renegotiate delivery commitments; escalate when needed.
• Lead weekly/monthly supply chain reporting on delivery, lead times, and vendor performance.
• Act as liaison across project sites to resolve procurement and logistics conflicts.
• Travel to vendor facilities and project sites to validate progress and build supplier relationships.
