Fluidstack is seeking a procurement professional to own min/max replenishment and vendor negotiations for data center consumables across multiple sites. You will drive on-time deliveries, manage stock levels, and coordinate with operations, warehousing, and finance to forecast needs and optimize spend.

You will negotiate terms with suppliers, consolidate spend between national and local vendors, and contribute to building scalable procurement playbooks for rapid site launches.

Qualificações

• Experience negotiating vendor terms (price tiers, lead times, payment terms).
• Proven track record reducing stockouts and overstock.
• Experience managing replenishment across multiple sites or high-volume operations.
• Ability to drive spend consolidation between national and local vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Run auto-replenishment and min/max levels for data center consumables across sites.
• Purchase equipment and consumables to staff new sites before go-live.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and service levels with vendors.
• Collaborate with operations, warehousing, finance to forecast and plan purchases.
• Build a buying playbook with catalogs, preferred vendors, and thresholds.
