Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment bookings and end-to-end operations across a multi-site network. You will partner with carriers, monitor ETAs, and ensure data integrity in the transportation system.

You will own carrier relationships, drive on-time delivery, and resolve any SLA gaps while maintaining accurate, up-to-date shipment records for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Booked and managed shipments end to end across multiple sites or destinations.
• Tracked shipments obsessively and flagged ETA slippage early.
• Maintained carrier relationships with known reps and operations teams.
• Chased misses in SLA to find root causes and drive resolution.
• Ensured shipment data accuracy and timeliness in systems.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule shipments across the network, coordinating pickup and delivery windows with carriers and sites.
• Track every shipment in transit and compare ETAs to windows; flag at-risk deliveries.
• Chase missed SLAs to root cause with the carrier and drive resolution.
• Own the day-to-day relationship with our dedicated carrier: rates, capacity, issues, and escalations.
