Job summary

Fluidstack in the United States is seeking a Logistics & Asset Manager to own end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle for a hyperscale data center site. You will coordinate receiving, shipping, tagging, and data entry across asset management systems.

The role emphasizes keeping inventory at 99%+ accuracy through cycle counts, rapid parts fulfillment for technicians and engineers, and close vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• You've owned logistics and asset management on-site in a data center, warehouse, or high-volume hardware environment.
• You maintain inventory accuracy at 99%+ through cycle counts and real-time tracking.
• You move material quickly under pressure to keep techs and engineers stocked.
• You manage vendors, RMAs, and inbound and outbound logistics end to end.
• You build and report metrics (turns, obsolescence, accuracy) and improve the process from them.
• Bonus: asset management systems and barcode/RFID tracking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle for a hyperscale data center site.
• Maintain asset tracking from receipt to decommissioning.
• Manage receiving and shipping with verification and updates.
• Run cycle audits and counts to maintain 99%+ accuracy.
• Fulfill parts requests and keep staging areas organized.
• Process RMAs and coordinate security escorts; report on inventory performance.
