Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and is hiring for a Logistics role focused on consumables across multiple data-center sites. You will own auto-replenishment, negotiate vendor terms, and drive procurement for new site launches with a bias toward speed and reliability.

The ideal candidate will manage spend strategically, work with operations, warehousing, and finance, and maintain clean records for audits. Equity may be offered with total compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience owning min/max replenishment for consumables across multiple sites or high-volume operations.
• Proven track record negotiating terms with vendors (price tiers, payment terms, lead times, service levels).
• Experience consolidating spend with national vs local vendors and managing vendor performance.

Responsabilités

• Run auto-replenishment and min/max levels for data center ops consumables across every site.
• Buy equipment and consumables to set up each new site, ensuring readiness before go-live.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and service levels with vendors; set a vendor strategy by site.
