Job summary

EOS – the world leader in industrial 3D printing – Novi, MI is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to manage customer orders for systems and accessories from PO through invoicing. You will ensure documentation is accurate, technically sound, and compliant with regulatory requirements while building strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery, coordinate shipping and export controls, and monitor payment status while supporting process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of systems and accessories orders for domestic and international customers.
• Conduct formal reviews of system orders, contracts, and related sales documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate order preparation, shipping, and export/customs controls with Sales, distributors, customers, and logistics partners.
• Manage payment terms, issue milestone invoices, and monitor payment status.
• Prepare weekly reports on system order status and track departmental KPIs.
• Perform month-end processing tasks, including delivery notes and invoice reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for order processing activities.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
