Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Operations Delivery Specialist to oversee end-to-end execution, procurement, and fulfillment for complex projects. You will coordinate regional transfers, manage SLAs, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining rigorous inventory control.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain operations, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end lifecycle of project-specific requests, ensuring alignment with schedules and criteria.
• Facilitate target procurement and vendor sourcing for complex project material demands.
• Coordinate inter-hub stock transfers, packing protocols, transport schedules, and final-mile delivery verification.
• Maintain high-touch communication with stakeholders on milestones and lead-time projections.
• Act as primary contact for disruptions, bottlenecks, and inventory shortfalls; conduct root-cause analysis.
